Bench Chart

Post your max bench numbers here and include your bodyweight! The lifts are with no straps, belts, etc and you actually have to lift it, no calculators. There will be one coefficient list (Bench/Bodyweight) and one max push list. At minimum you must hit the chest for the lift to go here, no "few inches away from the chest" shall be thought of as good.

no bench chart? thought itd b kinda cool since there is a deadlift and squat chart... atleast at my gym there is bench, deadlift and squat the 3 main lifts..
 
I think it's because bech press is the least.,. you know, cool lift of those 3 :p
Squats and deads are kinda the big two
