Belly Fat

Alright so here is my issue

I have some fat on my stomach that i would like to get rid of. I need to eat my mothers dinners but for lunches i am limited to the school cafeteria and for breckfast i am on my own.

I was wondering if there are any tips on how i can loose stomach fat, by still eating my mothers dinners which are healthy and not too carb loaded. I tend to snack alot too, so my question is what can i do to loose this fat??
 
First of all, try to eat 5-6 meals a day. I will increase your metabolism which results in losing fat faster. Do cardio workout 3x per week and weight training at least 3x per week. Those are the most important i think.
 
It is also improtant what you eat, not just when you eat. Can you give us an example of what you would eat in a day as well as the kind of excercise you're doing at the moment. More info needed to give proper advice....
 
yeh sorry about the lack of info

so i run 4 to 6 miles every day
i do 200 situps and 30 curls of 25 lbs like 4 times a week

i normally eat ceral or a muffin (i kno.. bad) for breakfast
for lunch i have a turkey sandwhich with tomato, lettuce, lite mayo, and american cheese
for dinner chicken, pork or steak, with a side dish of rice or spaggiti

i currently weigh 132 llbs with 10 body fat
and i am 5 ft 8,
