belly fat problems..

Well I have lost over 36 pounds, and I still have some stomach fat that wont go away. I am 6'2 and I am 189 pounds, I am in my healthy bmi. But this is some stubborn ass belly fat. Does anyone got any tips, or exercises besides crunches that will help me burn the fat in my belly more?

what i heard for the longest time it works your abs and burns belly fat

Boy do I wish it did. Sadly, that isn't true. You can't reduce fat from any particular part of the body by exercising it (spot reduction).

Like Der said, genetics will determine where you lose fat from. All we can do is keep eating healthy and exercising. The abdomen is very often one of the last places we lose fat from, so don't get discouraged.
