s It Belly Fat Or Excess Skin?
I am male of 19 years old, 1.80 height and 73 kilos! when i was 14 i was fat and my weight was 92 kilos so i managed to lose 30 kilos in 1 year without eating... that resulted in being thin and having quite big belly and big hips...
i just started gym in order to lose the "Extra" meat in my legs, hips and belly. the problem is that i do not know if it is fat or extra skin caused by my fast weight loss... i read in sites that belly fat can be treated by exercises and that the only solution for the extra skin is surgery... i uploaded some photos of my body to tell me if i have belly fat or excess skin...

i read somewhere if you grab your belly and it is thick then it is fat. if it is very thin then it it excess skin... so what about me? can you tell me if it is fat or extra skin?
i uploaded some pics of my hips. the reason i uploaded them because my hips are thicker than my belly when i grab them...
how can i solve my problem if it is belly fat?

is it true that excess skin can only be solved with surgury?
