my belly is also the main thing basically my whole waistlaine is a disaster and i want nothing more than a flat tum, it is possible if oprah can so can I i just wish i knew an effective plan
 
diet and excercise pretty much. dont do atkins. cardio 3x a week, weightlifting/resistance training 3x a week. If you want a good written out plan for women get "Body For Life, for women" very good stuff in there. Do a little research and see what your interested in.
 
just remember that you can't target weight loss ... it's a full body process with your stomach usually being the last to go. good luck.
