I have started to run, like 10 min a day. and trying to sta of the takeaway foods.

IS there any other excersise i can do??

hope to hear from some1.

Thanks Wiz

Specifically storing fat in that area is a function of two things:
1. Genetic fat patterning
2. Cortisol

For the first condition, yes, keep burning fat and eventually that area will burn off.
For the second condition, we're talking about a stress hormone called cortisol. Cortisol is a hormone that is released (a) when you stress out, (b) when you drink alcohol, (c) when you're sick.

Cortisol not only causes catabolism, but it also causes storage of fat particularly in that area of the body. Reducing stress levels, cutting down alcohol consumption, and taking care of your immune system are some good ways to help weight loss in that area.

Ok. thanks.

I dont drink 2much alchohol, and not too stressed i hope.

Will skipping help?????????? if so how long, if i do 15 min off running a day too.

any good.

thanks Wiz

Ohhhh. Not used to that being called skipping. Yes, skipping rope is great for you! Great way to burn fat without burning muscle.

Thanks mate. Cheers. Sorry 1 more question. Is popcorn (sweet,. the one you get from the cinema) fattning?? i have a large pack 2wice a week

According to - large popcorn w/ butter:

1500 calories
116g fat
90g carbs
26.5g protein
24g fiber

Plain (no butter) is only slightly better.

Ab's are made in the kitchen! That's a moto to live by. You cannot do just exercise and hope to lose weight in one area. You have to do cardio and lose weight over all. And you MUST eat right. This is so important. It’s the best way to get rid of that layer of belly fat! This means NO junk food, let alone horribly fatty movie popcorn. Cutting out take away food is good too. But you need to start eating veggies and fruit and just better in general. Cut your calories. Figure out what you caloric intake should be and go from there.

Sadly you can’t target one area for weight loss. GOOD LUCK!

26.5 grams of protein?? where does that come from, that's either a huge portion of popcorn or there's a disturbing amount of butter put on the corn

looks like you'd need an extra seat to put that on

That is nowhere near enough food - your intake should be 1200 calories MINIMUM (I am assuming your a girl)

Amen to that. Seriously if your not willing to change your whole diet, and stick to it 100% kiss those abs goodbye. I've been working at a sixpack for about 6 months now. I changed my diet about a month ago, and im an just now starting to see good results...still working on it though.
