First entry,
Today I joined this forum and decided to start exercising on a regular basis at least three times a week. I am starting out at approximately 125. I don't have a scale yet. So for now I will track my progress by how well I'm sticking to my commitment.

My goal is to have more energy and feel great in my skin and clothes. My commitment is to cut out most of the sugar for now. I'm not going to worry too much about fats for the time being. If I can kick my sugar habit and exercise regularly then I will have concurred two of my biggest obstacles to my goal.

Okay, here I go. I'll check back tomorrow.
