I've finally decided to start working out. All I have are two 11lb dumbbells but I know I can use them for my whole body. I'm not really sure what to do before, after, and during the workout though. Other than stretching, what should you do before you start? What during? After? How often? Where can I find a routine for a full-body beginner workout?
I'm 15, 130lbs, 5'6", not really athletic
