Hello !
I need explanation, advice or information, by someone who knows sports, body measures and health. I just checked all my sizes, and weights with a precise scale. And I don't have any conclusion from the app. I'd like to know how to exercise, what i should better eat, or anything.

I mesure 5'6'' with a big scoliosis. And i'm a french girl. I plan to go to the swimming pool for my scoliosis' pains and my fit. (I do the "yoyo" since i'm a teenager because of diets)

Waist-to-hip ratio : 0.79

Weight : 192.8 lb
BMI : 31.0
Body fat : 37.2 %
Weight, excluding body fat : 121.0 lb
Subcutaneous fat : 32.6 %
(visceral fat score : 13)
Total body water (including blood, lymph, extracellular fluid, etc.) : 43.1 %
Skeletal muscle (proportion of muscle involved in the limbs and other components from the body) : 36.6 %
Muscle mass : 113.8 lb
Bone mass : 7.2 lb
Protein : 14.1 %
Basal metabolism : 1556
Metabolic age : 33 years old (i'm 27 years old)

There are my body measures if that can help : Neck : 15.37inch
Shoulders : idk
Chest : 41.38inch
Waist : 32.71inch
Abs (lower abdomen) : 39.57inch
Hips : 41.38inch
Biceps : 13inch
Thighs : 26inch
Calves : 15.33 inch.

Thank you ! :)

Rose, Swimming is a good option for you however you should be talking to your doctor or an exercise physiologist to get clearance for other exercises you can do in a safe way. Most forum members have no qualifications and random suggestions from the unqualified can make your issues worse. When it comes to fat loss, diet is more important than exercise.
