Hey all, I just signed up for the forum and thought I'd do a 'before' post.
I've just signed up for a 12 week challenge at my gym (it started 18th Feb, so week 3 starts this Thurs) My goal is to lose 10kgs, and I'm hoping to lose most of it during the challenge.
My height is 169cms (I think that's like 5"7?) and my start weight was 70.1kgs. My first weigh in I only lost 100gms lol, so hoping to have at least lost half a kg by this Thurs!!
I always weighed around 60kgs, and my weight only ever fluctuated by a kg or two until the beginning of last year when my best friend passed away... I gained 10kgs in around 3 months and haven't been motivated enough to shake it off till now! So here are some before photos... they are all completely different haha, so the blue dress is from Dec 6 last year before a work Xmas party, the green formal dress is from Valentines Day this year (my sister got married, I was a bridesmaid) and the pink dress is from the 20th Feb on a night out.
