Before Pictures! Ick! XD

Well, I decided I should probably take before pictures so that I can be proud of myself in the future =P.

I'm 5'4" and I currently weigh about 126 lbs. I'm one of those lucky lucky people who is heavier on the bottom!! Curse it all!! (Though I prefer it to being top heavy to be honest... u.u)

I do cardio 6 days a week, my sessions vary in length, they are always between 30 and 45 mins. I work upper body and lower body/abs seperatly about 2-3 days a week each. I eat about 6 meals a day, all small. I've started drinking a TON of water a day which has really actually helped. XD Hopefully I'm doing everything right now. ; ;

What's the "ick" for :confused: ? It looks like your workouts are keeping you in good shape!
 
OMG you look terrible! LOL Seriously, though, you've got a great shape! Definitly lower body fat%,

Are you looking to muscle up a little bit? Maybe you can cut back on your cardio and do a little bit more weight training...keep up the good work:)
 
I'd advise building muscle, if you want to look good. you have a great body and I think that if you lost much weight you would end up looking skinny.

Wooow! XD Thanks guys! I can't believe I had the nerve to post those...

Anyway, I know I need to build muscle. That's what I'm trying to do! Hehehe. I can already feel some places are firming up, and my arms are more toned than they used to be. I don't like cardio much but I love strength training. XD

It was said that I shouldn't lose much weight because I'll end up looking skinny. Well. I'm unlucky I guess, because I've got a small small upper body and a larger lower body, so I don't have a lot of fat to lose on my upper body. (I guess the fact that my ribs show so easily states that... >.>) but my thighs are kinda fat and I've got plenty of junk in my trunk. (Though I really still love my bum XD.) And then! When I lose weight, it ALWAYS comes off the top part of me first making me even smaller up there. XD I struggle most with my thighs, evertying else kinda shapes up nicely. =P
 
I haven't really been doing any slow cardio. It's more like medium intensity xD I've actually been pushing myself harder the last little while than I was. xD

(XD is a smiley. My brother calls in the "Southpark face" but most of us get it from anime. =P The X is the eyes. And the D is the mouth. It's kinda hard to explain exactly what it means cause everyone is different XD)
 
alright after all these girls post these skinny ass pics of themselves and then say they are fat, i dont even wanna post my pics up! u look really great!
