i'd just eat a light meal before working out, like a banana or something because you would need the fuel. remember i said light
there may be chance that you might feel lightheaded if you do not eat something a hour ago. or before. but for me, I sometimes don't eat anything before workout. but when i get chance, i'd take something.
and most importantly, u need to eat after a workout, thats where your muscle growth comes in play. more protein/dietary fibers as well as other key nutritions
