Before, in between....60+ so far...

Hey!!!
(Pictures attached! First one is me at 288 then 250 and then 232)

First time post, long time reader. I will make this quick. I am 25. I was in shape all my life till about 20 when I started blowing up consistently from 160 to my eventual weight of 288lbs in March of 2008. Last year I began my weight loss journey and by last summer I was 240. Then I fell of the wagon and in April 1,2009 I found my self at 256.0lbs. Since April I have lost 30 lbs and now I am 226!!!! My goal weight is around 180!!!

I workout everyday after work (1hr-2hr of cardio, treadmill/elliptical). First 30 minutes is interval and the rest I switch off from interval to regular.

I play tennis and basketball on the weekends. I try my best to eat healthy and limit my calorie intake. It's getting harder now that I have lost weight because I have to eat less and my results are not what they were at first.

I will be incorporating weight training starting tomorrow!!!! Just wanted to share, feel free to ask questions! Thanks!
