Well, there's my fat :D, but I don't care if I show it off, it's not like people don't see it every day anyways, so I should make the best of it!!!

Current measurements!

Bust: 47 inches
Waist: 47 inches
Hips: 49 Inches
Weight: 267lbs!
Height: 5'4"

I have a lot of work to do, but it'll be worth it, I think. I just have never been thin so don't really have the image of what I would look like thin, it's a new road!

Thank you very much :D The same to you of course! We're virtually in the same position with our weight right now, so I'm excited to see how you progress!

Good luck to you! Having confidence is a great thing and will definitely help you on your weight loss journey. I am much smaller and tend to lack in the confidence department. Anyway what is your goal and how are you planning on getting there??

Calorie counting, and exercise. That's about the best I can offer for now :p. Probably a lot of walking until I get a little thinner, and eventually I hope to do some weight training.

I have no issues with doing exercise, I can walk for two hours at night, and feel perfectly fine the next day to do it again. I walk at night because the temperature is cooler, and there's not as much traffic, and it's just overall better for me. My main problem here is food, without a doubt.

I totally agree with you. while i don't exercise as much as i should, i feel like i don't necessarily eat a terrible diet, but just eat wayy more than i need to.

I wouldn't save the weight training for later. Just start now. You can do low weight dumbbells and lots of reps. For example, do 2 sets of 25 reps of chest presses with 5-8 lb dumbbells. You will probably see and feel a bigger difference in your body's shape. Try these but use low weight and high reps.

Good luck! Food is my problem as well, but I told myself I wasn't going to see any changes if I didn't change the way I ate. I've been eating healthier for 5 days now and to be honest I'm really starting to enjoy things I never would have enjoyed. I don't even miss the half of a pizza or burger king double stacker I'd eat at least once a week. I am totally content with a banana, yogurt, some granola or tuna fish.

YOU CAN DO IT!
