i only have skim milk in my house but im not a milk fan any ways, but i love all other dairy products, my tub of cottage cheese is like almost half gone
how much milk is a good amount to drink in a day? I already drink 2 litres of water every day so would 1 pint of milk + whatever is on my breakfast be a good amount each day?
Is milk something I should drink more of if I do weight training?
its an individual thing, no right or wrong amount. some dont drink it all and of course we dont have to, but its a good easy source of protein. i do 2 cups a day, some do double and even triple that amount.
IMO, they'd be better to do more variety than relying on milk so much but to each their own.
