just picked up a tub of cottage cheese, should last me a few days :p, but yeah cottage cheese is one of the best things to have.
 
exactly, casein and good fats. some carbs are fine too, dont believe the "no carbs after 7pm or whatever" deal

i do cottage cheese, natty pb and a cup of milk ;)
 
Is it nesseccary to drink non fat milk? Can i just stick to regualr milk?Also is applesauce a good food to eat before bed?
 
i only have skim milk in my house but im not a milk fan any ways, but i love all other dairy products, my tub of cottage cheese is like almost half gone :p

how much milk is a good amount to drink in a day? I already drink 2 litres of water every day so would 1 pint of milk + whatever is on my breakfast be a good amount each day?

Is milk something I should drink more of if I do weight training?
 
its an individual thing, no right or wrong amount. some dont drink it all and of course we dont have to, but its a good easy source of protein. i do 2 cups a day, some do double and even triple that amount.

IMO, they'd be better to do more variety than relying on milk so much but to each their own. :)
