Before and In-Between - End results to come

Hello all! I started working out in June 2009. I was doing 2-a-day work outs 7 days a week for about 3 months, until getting to the gym twice a day became more difficult. I still try to get to the gym at least once a day. I started school full-time in January, and I am having some motivation issues. I try to get to the gym by 530a until 7, Work from 730-430 then school until 9, everyday but Friday's. My brother is getting married in October, and it will be a year from the last time my family had seen me, and i want to shock them with my weight loss.

I played soccer for 14 years, and then once I graduate HS I completely stopped with all physical activity. I went from 115 - 175 in about 3 years. Since June '09 I've gone from 175-155. My goal weight is 125-130 and I plan on being there by June of this year!

Great effort so far. The change is very noticeable.

Keep on going! The plateau will level eventually, and you can get right back into it.

I know this plateau is going to be hard to get over. I was about 153 for about 4 years (from when I was about 13-17) Then I started playing soccer 6 days a week and working as a lifeguard. I got down to about 120-ish, and was there for a couple of years. This is going to be a hard hump to get over, but I know that with hard work (and motivation) I can do it.

It's just extremely hard with work and school full-time, but there has to be time for fitness in my day.

You know, you reminded me of something I read today. Essentially when asked "How do you find the time to make it to the gym?" the professional asked "how do you find time to go to the bank?"

But, Ive been there, with the 40 hour work week, and the 12-15 credit hours of class. Sometimes it feels like theres just enough time to eat and sleep, and then do it again the next day. Use the workout as a time to take your mind off of school and work, they're stressful enough! ;)

looking good girl. I swear I love weight loss photos one of the main things to keep me going. I will be following up with your story in october. how tall are you?

You have a heck of a busy schedule! I'm impressed that you wake up so early to work out. GREAT job! You motivate me. Keep up the good work.

Best wishes!
