The first picture is me at 185 pounds! This weight was put on all in a bit more than a year. The second photo is me now at 144. My story goes as follows: Around February of last year I got on Phentermine to help aid my weight loss. For all those whom don't know Phentermine is a doctor prescribed appetite suppressant. LIFESAVER IN A BOTTLE! I do understand it is not for everyone though. I lost about 35 pounds in about 5-6 months and maintained my weight around 150-155 by the end of last year. At the end of Feb. 2011 I started back on the trail to loosing the last 20-25 pounds! Its been about 4 weeks and I have lost 8 pounds. Not a ton, but I am EXCITED! I just got my gym memebership back and Im ready to rock. My main concerns now are just that I want to loose my frowning belly button. Any tips? I also have a lot of cellulite on butt and thighs. Will this go away with cardio and excercise? If anyone has any tips for me to tone up while I loose this last 15 pounds. (Goal weight 130-125). I just want to feel healthy and be satisfied with my looks! PLEASE Help me out and let me know what you think! Congrats on everyone elses weight loss!!!

(sorry I don't have advice but...)

*tries to do that whistle that guys do* You look amazing!!!You look like a model!!!

wow woman, i don't think any guy or girl would have a bad comment to say about that, flab or not in your eyes!! i would say i'm fairly well shaped like you, i got from 212lbs down to 117lbs at one point, my legs were toned and thin, now that i'm a healthy weight though, up to 141lbs, i think i'm stuck with my tummy and thighs?? i just wear things that flatter the right bits i guess, i'm not going to go back to exercising for 11 hours a week (i actually have had a break from exercising for a year now) just to have a flat tummy. i think its sorta cool to accept those womanly curves, much more interesting too look at than a rake, thats for sure!!

i guess what i'm saying is, to have a flat tummy and acceptable thighs, i had no life and it was a very dedicated and demanding routine! i had no time to show off my body and could never get 'feedback' on it anyways. no time for socialising or just relaxing :( now at least i can kick back somewhat and i'm so much less critical of my body.

hopefully that will come in time with you :)
