The first picture is me at 185 pounds! This weight was put on all in a bit more than a year. The second photo is me now at 144. My story goes as follows: Around February of last year I got on Phentermine to help aid my weight loss. For all those whom don't know Phentermine is a doctor prescribed appetite suppressant. LIFESAVER IN A BOTTLE! I do understand it is not for everyone though. I lost about 35 pounds in about 5-6 months and maintained my weight around 150-155 by the end of last year. At the end of Feb. 2011 I started back on the trail to loosing the last 20-25 pounds! Its been about 4 weeks and I have lost 8 pounds. Not a ton, but I am EXCITED! I just got my gym memebership back and Im ready to rock. My main concerns now are just that I want to loose my frowning belly button. Any tips? I also have a lot of cellulite on butt and thighs. Will this go away with cardio and excercise? If anyone has any tips for me to tone up while I loose this last 15 pounds. (Goal weight 130-125).
