Hey Guys!
Here are some before and in between pics. Started mid 2009 ~290 and currently am ~210. I still have quite a bit of fat as you can see so im going to go for another 40-45 pounds. Wish me luck and any suggestions are appreciated!

Unfortunately, over the past year, I suffered a torn ligament in my knee, and I gained a lot of my lost weight back. I started again beginning of April at 247, currently I am 233. My approach this time is much different than last. Last time I focused solely on cardio, but this time, I have enforced vigorous weight lifting 4 times a week, and hard cardio 3-4 times a week. I have become much stronger and the wegith is not coming off as fast, i feel as if this is the correct way to do it.
