Hey people. This is my first post here, as I'm more than happy to have reached the halfway of my weight loss goal.
Well, I am 24 years old, 5.7 tall. 3 months ago I was 94 kg (207 lbs) and thanks to converting to a healthy diet and slight exercise, I've reached 80 kg (176 lbs) last week. My goal weight is 65 kg (143 lbs).
I've had weight issues for all my life. Since I was 13, my weight has been zig-zagging due to some brutal dieting (down to 200 cals a day) for a few months and then binging my life away. I must have lost and regained 55 kg (120 lbs) in total, over those years.
But now, I hope to keep it since I've been eating 5 healthy meals a day, and my cravings and binge sessions have stopped. I don't eat any sugar or junk food anymore, and I walk for an hour every day.
I also drink 4 cups of green tea a day, since it's said to help weight loss. For the rest of the journey, I'll be wearing easytone shoes while walking and try Billy Blanks' tae bo workout 3 times a week.
I'm eagerly looking for your feedback! :waving:

Great work but 200 cals a day is hazardous to your health and people have died because of it.

Please read carefully. I'm already strongly discouraging people to do that, and that's NOT how I lost this weight.

you look great! :)
I found a workout with Billy Blanks on youtube, I'm not sure if it's the same, but I think it's great! I can't believe I haven't looked for a good workout video earlier, because I do save a lot of time... and money ;) and I don't have to feel like a dancing cow, I usually do that when other people is around :D... I'm always two seconds behind!
Good luck with the remaining part of your journey!

thank you! yes, I'm doing the same billy blanks workout on youtube. I tried almost every workout available for 10 years. dancing, boxing, aerobics, you name it. I believe I've finally found my thing. I'm not into martial arts but I really love this tae bo exercises. what's even more amazing is that you can burn 500-800 cals an hour doing it.

Wow, rabbid. this sounds just like me only I'm 41 yo and not 24. It's a lot harder at 41 w/ 2 kids! :)

I am 5.7 too, was 97.7 on January 10 and am now down to 87.5kg so just over 10kg lost but not nearly as much as you! My goal is 65kg too! I've still got a good way to go at 22.5 more kg to go! I'm just like you with the losing and gaining like a loolah! I have also lost and gained the same 60 or so pounds about 8 times or so in my adult life. It's very disconcerting but this time I've included exercise which I never did before.

Please keep in touch and I'm adding you as a friend! You're pics are so motivating and I know we'll get there!

Add me as a friend, please!
