none of this was really planned...me and my girlfriend of almost 3 years split up right after new years and i lost a few pounds...so thats what got the ball rolling.
i havent really counted calories or anything, but i eat way healthier now. before i used to eat whatever i wanted whenever i wanted. now i've really cut back, and since i go to the gym every other day, do cardo and lift weights its really helped...it also helps that i do carpentry work 5 days a week so it keeps me moving.
hopefully sometime i can set up some kind of diet/exercise plan so i dont fall in a rut.
