And These are from Today and I am about 146lbs (I am starting to work on building muscle so all of the extra fat will melt away!)

It's not much but it is enough for me, lol. I would like to be 135 at the end of the month but who knows. I am going to keep pushing anyway! Wish me luck!!! I will have face shots coming sooner or later!
 
You look absolutely great! Grats on the weight loss! :] I hope you make it to 135 soon :D Never give up :)

What is your normal workout routine, and diet?
 
It's not much? Get out of here, that's a huge difference! You've done incredibly well! Way to go! Can't wait to see the rest of the shots.
 
When I first started my routine it was a 15 minute run and then some weights and yoga. Then after a while I just started doing hour runs and that is what I have been doing for almost two months. Now I am running 30-60 minutes a day then doing strength training for my arms, abs, or legs (or all three if it is a circuit day). I also eat about 1200-1500 cals a day, depending on what I do or how I feel.
 
Wow!! Congratulations!! You look great. You've gotten firmer. I was 167 lbs. I am currently 158 lbs. My next goal is to be 145 lbs. I wish I could have that nice firm body. How long did it take you to go from 170 to 146 lbs?
 
Thanx Guys I really appreciate it!! It has taken me about a year to lose 30+ lbs but it has taken about 8 months to lose the rest (with about a 4month hiatus, so technically 4 months). But I really appreciate all the positive feed back even though posting those pictures is embarrassing(but life isn't life if we never put ourselves out there).
 
Whoa! You look Great! You should never down play what you have lost every pound is a conquest! Stay in the fight and never give up! You are my new inspiration!!!!!

how did you get rid of the boobs?Mine wont budge:(
 
I don't know, they just went away, because breasts are mostly fatty tissue they will start to shrink as you gain more muscle mass and lose more weight(but they may just be that part of your body that won't budge). I went from a 38dd to a 36c and I still have a long way to go. Thank you for all the encouragement! I have gotten a little off track but everyone here inspires me!
