I still have a little ways to go until my goal weight but i'm extremely happy with the progress so far!!

Wow!! What an amazing change! You are looking fantastic! The face picture really showed all your hard work and that dress looks great on you.

Hey everyone thanks!

To Tammi, I exercise every night for 40 minutes. I do 20 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the bike, and 10 minutes on the eliptical trainer. I also use 2 pound hand weights to tone my arms. I do lunges for the legs then as well.

As far as eatting, I don't restrict myself hardly at all. For breakfast, I will have a bowl of cereal. Either cheerios (not the honey nut), weight watchers cereal, special k, kashi, or anything healthy like that. For lunch, I will have a soft pretzel at lunch (i'm in school so they have a little bar for those...they are the size of auntie annies pretzels they are a little smaller). Right after school I will eat my supper which could be either chicken, baked potatoe, peas, applesauce..or anything along those lines. I do though, try not to eat after 4:00pm.

Also if your ever in the mood for a good snack that won't kill your diet, I like the weight watchers ice creams...They have a lot to choose from.

I'm not on Weight Watcher's by the way but I like some of their foods.

Wow your exersice routine (when I can't get out in walk)is simalr to mind I do a little on all 3 machines I get bored doing the whole 30-40 mins on the same machine.Also I use alot of weightwatchers frozen deserts and 2 of thier meals for lunch I eat chicken 5 out of 7 days a week. Not eating after 4 would be hard but easy if you can get to bed early I try to no eat after 8PM I am up late with a little one.
