ok so started my journey dec 2010 and is been two years but i have kept all my weight off and will keep working out until i die lol . Decided to finally lose all this weight after i saw some pictures of me at the new years party and i was like O.O i couldn't believe i let myself go like that i was pre-diabetic could barely walk without my knees hurting or running out of breath and my confidence went down the drain
im 23 yrs old , 6'8 and currently weighting 200 lbs my goal is to reach 160 which hopefully by the end of this year i will accomplish
diet and exercise
i basically don't eat anything that looks like junk food , not even the mcdonalds salads, gave up on soda and drink LOTS of water , i feel amazing,work out 5 days a week , i have some lose skin on my thighs and belly but i been doing weights and i can see amazing results
i finally made it to 1 mile/10 minutes on the treadmill , when i get stuck on a certain weight i change my exercise routine or my diet
morning basically fruits and water/lemon ( try to clean my system)
lunch salad and whatever protein i can find
dinner before 8 pm and consist of salad/protein or rice/protein
most difficult thing for me to replace is bread/rice being cuban doesn't help because my mom makes a lot of rice and delicious meats for me lolz
i absolutely gave up on pork meat and don't each much chicken or beef unless they are organic i try to eat tofu and lots of delicious sea foods
is all in you , know yourself ,know your needs,find what works for you,don't give up just replace those things that we don't need for our body like butter,ranch,deep fried cardboard chicken etc....
NOTE : I did Daniels fasting for 21 days i gotta say it was fantastic i loved and it helped my metabolism a lot , besides that i haven't taken any pills or anything like that
