Holy crap you look 10 years younger!!!

Congratulations! (You look fabulous!)

Are you posing with that guy who did the motorcycle tour across the world with Ewan McGregor?

Thanks katie (Erm, are you saying i look 8:rotflmao:)
Yes that is charlie boorman from the long way round and long way down it was taken at the NEC bike show.
I'm doing a similar journey to them this year, they're doing john o'groates to cape town, south africa while im doing swindon - morroco/tunisia (but without a nice big film and backup crew:jump:

Holy shit, that is freaking awesome.

My current weight is approximately at your starting weight, so it looks like its only gonna get better :). I was getting depressed, because i was like "damn, I lost 50 lbs, and I don't see a difference yet", but now I know that the difference is coming soon.

Awesome job, and awesome motivation, holy smokes.

And whats up with all the black and white "after" photos :D

edit: and actually, according to BMI, I still have a little ways to go. I'm only 5'6/5'7, compared to you who is 5'8 :p

I'm aiming for that elusive 25 which for me is 164lbs, at the moments its 26 point something.

Thaks:)
Aiming for the 7th july to get my bmi to 25 because i go on holiday then my final (which should be really easy) goal is on my birthday, im not sure if im going to get myself ''ripped'' or not but will definately carry on with the exercise and such, think i've become addicted to it:eek2:

You're gonna make me blush

Heres a body shot, might be better to see the difference :)

You look great. Your hard work shows. You do look a lot younger in your after picture (imo). Keep up the good work. Do you have any tips or advice that helped you in your success? :)

You do look grrreat. ;) Great job. And, I'm sorry, but 5'8" is not vertically challenged to gals who don't like dating bean poles. My hubs is 5'8" and that's poifect. :p Keep up the awesome work!

Im a bean pole and that offends me:mad:

I'm sorry! Note that I said "to girls that don't like dating bean poles". You know us women, our tastes are fickle, but everyone has their preference when it comes to body type of thier potential mate. How many men would rather date an amazonesque babe than a squat rotund woman like me? ;) Umm, how about if I change "bean pole" to "statuesque stud muffin"?

Well the biggest difference i found was when i completley cut any fizzy drinks &crisps out.
Other than that i've been keeping to around 2000 calories and doing about 1-2 hrs of exercise a day for 5-6 days a week.
I have been eating LOADS of fruit and veg and drink min 2ltrs of water a day, have lots of proteins and cutting down on some carbs like bread.
Oh and having a good breakfast has helped keep energy levels up since i no longer have any caffiene.
I drink green and white teas aswell to help it along.
My pushbike is my main form of exercise, i have been getting about 100 odd miles a week on it, jogging if i dont cycle or using my cross trainer.
Without music i wouldn't be able to do it as i would get bored - i find my effort increases with the beat of the music so i push my myself harder.

Main tips
->Say no to junk food
->Music for motivation
->Fruit and veg a plenty
->Water
->Antioxidant teas

I can actually count my ribs now which is a sign its working:rotflmao:

***Whistles****Wow you look great!! I love those tips and
I try stick with them as much as I can.Congrats,Tammy
