I havent been on here in a long time... Ive "kept" the weight off for 2 yrs a month ago (wow). I was at 220 and now I am at 150ish. The lowest I got was 143lbs which was too small... I am "done" now I am in the gym trying to build muscle and tone up... I dont have "alot" of before because I always hated having my picture taken - go figure.
How I did it? It wasnt rocket science. I read a ton on here. Everyone has a theory. It came down to one basic thing. Energy. A Calorie is a form of enegry. All I did was COUNT them. Of course I tried to eat better. I wouldnt do all my calories in the form of chocolate. Try to eat well. I also Walked/Ran 3 miles EVERYDAY. I still run 1 mile EVERYDAY. I bought a 150$ treadmill out of the paper. Best investment to date.
