before and after pictures 365 to 214

i 've been on here for while now and just got around to posing these pics up.
over the past year i've lost 151 pounds and right about now i'm feeling amazing.i blew past my goal of 220 and as of now it's not even a question of if i can lose more weight it's do i want to.tell me what you guya think can you see the difference? lol

you're a goodlookin' guy and theres a big difference in your face... but to lose that much - you h ad to have made a huge impact on your body as well..

It had a HUGE impact on my body!

my body has completely changed because not only did i lose the weight , i put on some muscle in the process and i must say it's lookin pretty good right about now
 
Congrats on the weight loss! That is a huge success. Always great to see what's hiding under all that weight, isn't it. :)

wow! very nice! it's amazing how much weight changes a person's face! Sometimes we think it's all about the body, but I know I forget how much the face structure changes as weight comes off.

eh yo im currently somewhere near the size you started,why don't you help me out and tell me how you got started and what exercises you did and foot you ate
 
i got a job

well the reason i lost so much is because i got a job working aa a cart pusher at wal mart...after that i changed the way i was eating and after a while it wasn't a matter of whether or not i could lose the weight but when i wanted to stop


i generally eat this:

Breakfast: bowl of oatmeal 1 serving of oatmeal and 1 tbsp brown sugar

snack: either turkey sandwich, peanut butter and jelly sandwich , or almonds

lunch:either a grilled chicken sandwich or a baked potato with no butter or sour cream

snack:either granola, energy bar , almonds , or turkey sandwich

Dinner: chicken always chicken with anything from chicken Parmesan with spaghetti and vegetables to stir fry to black bean burritos with chicken

i have a smoothie everyday made with 8 .oz orange juice, pineapple juice, or any other fruit juice with 1lb frozen fruit and drink that either with my dinner or an hour or two afterwards depending on how i feel that day

and all my sandwiches are on wheat bread
