Before and After Pics

I have been trying to put my pics in my post. I would like to do before and during pics. But it keeps telling me that the file is too big so I have been trying to reduce the pics. But it is not enough and then I notice that other pictures in other post are all different sizes. How do I get them in my post. I feel really stupid. I am sure it is simple. Thanks for the help. Tina

If you have basic photo editing software on your machine you can edit them to reduce the overall size.
640x800 or something fits i think.
Someone who knows morethan me will be along in a bit.
