Hi everyone!! I have been lurking on this site since about a month before I started my weight loss journey. Everyone has been such a great inspiration and mostly everyone is very positive. I am very glad I found this site!!
Anyways I am 25 (man where did the time go?!) and I am about 5'5". I used to be in decent shape before I graduated high school and it has been all down hill since then. After getting married..having a baby..everything just happens very quickly and before I knew it I weighed 234lbs (5/1/10). I made a goal to not only lose weight but to ultimately live a healthy lifestyle for good. Of course I am mostly doing this for myself but also for my marriage. I have become very insecure about my body and after 4 years of marriage I still feel uncomfortable walking around my husband is shorts (yes, even inside the house where no one else can see). He is currently deployed overseas and I want him to come home to a more confident and healthy wife. Sooooo...here are some before pictures and current pictures.
