Hello, thank you for your comments :).

I was on a ketogenic diet in the last year for about 6 months, from march onwards in which time I lost about 50lbs. I was eating 1500-2000Kcal a day. I also did cardio exercises. First walking, then running, 45min to an hour, 3-5 times a week. I didn't do any weight lifting, which I regret a bit, as I'm on quite a low weight for my height at the moment (163 pounds and I'm 6 feet 1) and would still want to lose 5-10lbs of fat.

Thanks everyone, I've decided to post some body pictures Here they are:
Not much muscle but I'm ok with it. First picture is after already losing around 15 pounds.

Haha, thanks :D. I do have a couple of stretch marks, but you really have to look carefully for them, otherwise they are not visible (I have to pull/stretch the skin on that area to see them).

No idea who Paul Brandt is, but then again, country isn't really my thing.. but you look great! Good on you for doing something good for yourself!

Also, if anyone ever tells you to cut your hair, you tell em to go to hell. :)

Really nice work! You're very lean - but it looks like a very healthy sort of lean. I'm not sure that you actually have any fat to lose at this point - possibly you're wishing to add muscle, but I don't think there is any fat left to lose. That lean look is a sexy lean - not a bad lean. Congratulations! I'm sure some of the weight lifting folks could give you suggestions if you want to "re-shape" or build muscle mass - but you honestly look fine as you are if you want to stay there. Congrats!!
