Before 240... goal 165...

hey everyone i posted on here once or twice awhile back when i was away at school and never followed through on the diet and exercise well now its time, i have decided i am going to join the airforce and for my height of 5'5 i need to be down to 165lbs... so that is my goal, i would like to do that in 4 months,? now at one point i was about 240 lbs as you can see in my before picture, and this picture is me at my current weight of about 200.. now that before picture was takin at my brothers funeral, and after taht the weight just kinda fell off me within a couple months i dindt really do anything diff to lose it and now iv been at about 200 lbs since, and now im going to have to work to get to 165 but i believe i can do it...

Good on ya! You're making a great decision...actually, two great decisions, to join the military and to lose weight. My boyfriend is a Navy recruiter and often tries to recruit people who are a bit out of the required standards- they lose the weight, if they can-you can to....and then bootcamp won't be so tough once you're in better shape which will make the whole situation a little less stressful.

Btw, you have made some wonderful changes already-very cute guy......and soon to be a an in uniform, you're gonna have the ladies flocking after you.

thanks ... i just need to learn how to diet right, haha and figure out a routine... hmm... i have lots of reading to do haha
