Before (2 months in)

ANY pointers, suggestions, or even... laughs, will help.

I have currently been working out seriously for 2 months. 2 months ago I was a TWIG! No muscle, AT ALL! I was around 120 pounds - No joke. I decided I needed to really start working out. After two months, this is where I am:

Starting weight: from 120-130
Current weight: 140 pounds

I still have another 3 months before my goal will be complete, and I will make another one.

Id suggest you look at an a&p book to find the correct spelling for BICEP and TRICEP! :D but yeah looking good
