Hi all this site has been so motivational for me. I started out weighing at 193 and have slowly dropped 15lbs over the past several months. It's definately not easy with the added stress of being jobless, getting out of a psychotic relationship and moving a lot. But this past month I have come to this site on a daily basis to get motivation. I have signed up for a 5K at the end of April and my goal is to run a majority of it. The pictures you see below are of me at my current weight 177 and my ultimate goal is 125. Any motivational remarks would be greatly appreciated!!
