Hey guys been working on getting in shape now for about 5 months started at 190lbs not horribly overweight but always unhappy and unhealthy could hardly walk up stairs without dying lol my goal is 150lbs currently down to 160lbs so getting closer starting to up my cardio as this has been the hardest pounds lol. Since the start i have been lifting weights and adding in more cardio as i pleatued. diet was always high protein moderate fat low carb around 2k calories a day to spare some muscle thanks for looking!
