its exciting to see change guys.... its been 9 months since i started and that first picture was taken... its been a great journey... and i feel its just begun!!! :)
 
some more pics. first one is the current side shot, 2nd and 3rd pic are before clothed shots. 4th picture is from today.
 
You look wonderful...I am at 153 right now (stuck for months..) maybe i can get reinspired :)...although I will never look as good as you ! HA!

Wow! Look at you go! I don't think you looked bad before, at all. But I can tell in your face that you're happy! Before and afters like this help me keep going! Awesome! :hurray:
 
Your results are very encouraging. I went from 130 to 104 (I'm very short) and I've been maintaining between 104 and 108. I would like to get my weight to settle more at 104 and, like you I would like to gain more muscle tone. It looks like you've already achieved some good tone though so far - esp. in your stomach. Terrific job!

going to the gym no less than 4-5 days a week, keep a diary of ALL FOODS eaten everyday, and keeping myself accountable by being active on this website and finding support within the members here



you have to truly 100% want it though.... its took me a few attempts to really be serious abou tit.... but one day i had enough of not fitting in my clothes or feeling good about my body.... and i just decided to make it happen.

Thank you so much!!! Always a work in progress!!! My new goals are really toning myself more and developing strength in my legs and arms to help me with my races and stuff!!!

I want to do the Harrisburg Marathon next Novemeber and that is my new goal!!! :)

Id like to trim some more upper thigh fat, and i think that will come with the running and the weight lifting i plan to do more of :coolgleamA:

It never gets old seeing pics of Melissa. :)

Really though, fantastic job! I can't wait to see where you go from here. Those are some dramatic improvements.
