Been going to the gym for more than a week..

I feel much more limber, energetic and my healthy food diet is great too. However I slipped up last night and ate a couple pieces of pizza from pizza hut my granny gave me, now I feel like crap today.. Erghh :conehead:
 
A couple slices of pizza will not break you. Just regroup and start again the next day. Pizza is good and you had some- its fine. Don't make it a habit but you will never succeed by denying yourself everything you like.

Be reasonable and you will be fine.
