Beef/Chicken/Lamb/Fish?

What type of meat should I be eating to reduce fat all the while increasing my muscle? I hear so many conflicting answers it's frustrating! I prefer not to eat beef but if that is the best I will do what it takes. I want to get stacked but get rid of the belly fat. Thanks in advance.
 
Most meats are good for building muscle as they are all mostly high in protein. Chicken is especially good. If you boil it or grill it then it does wonders. One chicken breast has about 30g of protein but only about 130kcal ish.
Tuna is also very good, high in protein low in calories. Basically, just check the packet it comes in and look for high protein and low calories.
 
All animal proteins are good, especially your meats & poultry.

If your wanting to reduce fat all can be part of your diet, all you need to do is meet your calorie requirements which allow you to lose bodyfat at a healthy rate.

BTW, building muscle & losing fat at the same time is not easy, although not impossible. Choose one or the other.
