hi everyone i think i should write what i have ate and any activities tha i have one for a while as i have been abit off track recently feel free to comment all advice welcome.

breakfast:a smallish bowl of all bran and an apple

lunch:apple(i wasn't hungry)

at about 4 but before dinner:i had the sandwich that i should have had at luch(i have to eat it like that because i'm not hungary at luch but i get peckish at 4ish)

dinner:i could no be bothered cooking.i let myself down by having chips but they were steak cut with a few beans and i only had less than half a portion and i had a piece of toast.

i managed to have a ride of one of my horses tonight so i rode for 20-30mins and then gave the horse and full 20min groom.


i will have to try harder tomorrow.
any advice is appreciated. x becky

Hi Becky and welcome.

Are you working to a set plan on the diet or just going with the flow? Half way there already too! Woohoo! :)
 
well todays has not been to good but on the plus side i have ate alot more fruit,i don't know what is up with me these past few day i have barley eaten anything but normally i eat loads haha,could the amount of food i i have been eating have effected my weight?do you think i'm eating enought?

dinner:i had 2 sandwiches one with fish on and the other with lots of letuce and a bit of chicken both on brown bread with low fat spead.

i couldn't ride my horse today due to bad weather but i did the bedding down a grooming and i will do some toning tonight.as i have only just started crunches i can only do 10 crunches per rep but i do lots of reps.
any advice welcome x becky
 
Looks like you're doing well becky. Make sure you're eating enough for you though wont you? If you don't eat enough your body thinks you are literally starving and slows down your metabolic rate making it harder to lose the pounds.

But, it looks like a healthy enough diet, so keep going! :cool: :)

heres todays
breakfast:small1/2 bowl of all bran and 1 slice of toast with low fat spred
lunch:2 pieces of toast with low fat spread
dinner:small piece of chicken with brocoli and a lil bit of gravey and a chicken tika sandwich.
snacks:2 bannanas and an apple

i looked after all 3 horses today and then managed to ride 1 and have a 25min bike ride too.hopefully can can manage the same tomorrow but with a longer bike ride.my diet wasn't that good today ,hopefully i balanced it out by being more active.
 
Welcome to WLF!! *hugs* You have horses, I'm jealous! My grandfather has horses but I don't live back home anymore so I don't get to ride hardly ever. Horseback riding is a work out ya know.

Congrats on your weight loss so far, looks awesome! Keep up the great work! :)
