Bearing the weight.

Hello there folks,

As a part of my "more active around the house" regime, i was lifting a sack of wheat last evening and boy it was heavy! After a lil catch in the spine and some twists, i thought to myself, this sack wasnt as heavy as the fat im roaming around with! Has any of the people who have successfully lost weight, ever tried to pick up the exact weight that they lost? So as to get a sense of just how much junk they were carrying? I dont think lifting dumbells would give a sense of realisation coz in a dumbell the division of weight is equal. Something like a sack etc.

Anyone who has tried that?


PS- I intend to do that when i lose the blubber.:biggrinjester:
