Hi I don't know what you're told in your gym, are you given a safety run down on all the machines & free weights there ? today I just found out abouta father of 4 ,who went down the gym to do a workout. & had an accident with the weights, they wouldn't release all the details. EXCEPT this, he's now looking at the rest of his life in a wheel chair. He's self employed, mate his wife is trying to keep it all together, the kids ,the bussines, him & financially
