Hey guys, got a quick question. I've been doing a full-body routine for a long while now - 4, 5 months now and I am looking to switch things up. My body is really starting to adapt to what I have been doing and I am looking towards a upper/lower split, but I'll let you all decide.
Although it is not of the topic of routine, I am in basketball season right now and it seems nearly impossible to bulk with 3 practices a week - I will be cutting way into what I have just worked up to. So my goal is still to bulk, but if that is just not possible, I hope to really hold on to what I have got to.
My body has adapted way too much on the full-body routine I am on - I need to change things up while still maintaining my goals. I've got practice Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday - So that leaves me with Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to train and to rest. That doesn't really do good for my goal eh?
I am kind of in need of something to follow as well - I have been doing pretty much compound exclusive, with hardly any - pretty much no iso work, so I am rather confused in what exercises I should include in split work if needed.
