Basic exercise routine

I was wondering if anyone on here would be able to come up with some suggestions on exercises I could undertake and for how long I should do them for.

I am 22 (just), not overweight (5'7, 60kg/132Ibs) and feel I eat a proper diet.

The only problem I believe I have is lack of exercise. I take a 15 minute walk to work every day (and another 10-15min back home again) 5 days a week and more than often to the shops (and pub!) at weekends.

I worry however for health reasons that I am not doing the right amount of exercise. Firstly, am I doing enough? If not what extra can I do?

I have tried different sports and I afraid I do not enjoy them very much! What I would like is any routines on light exercise I can undertake, preferably in the house. :)

I'm not keen on body building or becoming super fit, I'd just like to live a healthy lifestyle.

Well, since your not overweight and you do a moderate amount of exercise, I would just stick to that (and you are happy with the way you look). If you want the extra little exercise, pushups & situps are great for a quick workout at home and take relatively little time.
