I just committed to this journey 2 days ago hence the current weight.
I went to the mall and bought new jogging shoes, shorts, shirt, socks, and even undies. (God I want to look like the guy on the package)
DIET
-protein**** lean meat (fish, chicken, turkey)
-carbs***** pasta, rice, bread, potatoes
-some fats* oil, nuts, seeds
!!!!lots of fruits and veggies!!!!
NO FU@K!NG FAST FOOD, FRIED FOOD, SODA, JUNK FOOD
EXERCISE
alternate heavy / light every other day for 5 day a week regime (sp?)
-stretch-------HEAVY EXERCISE sit ups/push ups 1 mile run/walk/run & cool down
-stretch-------LIGHT EXERCISE casual bike ride and/or 1 mile walk
REWARD
well thats a secret between me and my wife but trust me when I say I am definitely motivated.
