Hello Everyone! I have come accross this site within the past few days and decided to start a weight loss diary. I think it will help me track my progress as well as hopefully get some encouragement. Here are my stats:
Age: 23
Height: 5'7''
Highest Weight: 175
Current Weight: 148
Goal Weight: 135
I've struggled with my weight for many years. I'm finally learning my body and finding that losing weight is not as hard as I once thought. But...I am getting to that weight that I haven't gotten past before...146. This time I am going to jet past it all the way to my goal of 135!!! I don't feel like I'm on a diet like I have in past attempts. If I'm hungry, I eat. I do not count calories...I refuse to. I don't count anything actually... just listen to my body and it's been working great so far! I'm down 4 lbs since I started "dieting" about 12 days ago. My goal is to continue my eating as I am and up my exercise to something more like an hour a day/ 5-6 days a week. I'll keep ya posted!
