Well, today was supposed to be my first day and it totally blew up in my face!
Breakfast:
Egg Benedict NO SAUCE
(About one english muffin, two small poached eggs, and a slice of ham)

So, not so bad? But I totally skipped lunch, I was with my bf and totally lost track of time, I just remember being starving cause it was already 8 so we decided to go to a restaurant where I had..
Bread, some calamari, a LARGE mozerella stick, my spaghetti with shrimp, o ya, lots of bread! (We went to Macoroni Grill).
Man, I feel teribble but the whole time we were at the mall, we were walking so that was about a good 2 and a half hours of just walking around.. Then when I got home I danced for 30 minutes. According to my machine it says I burned about 350calories? I don't know about that but at least I sweat!
Day 1 - Complete!! I rate it a 6
