Bag Squats

What I mean is, having a weighted back pack on your back while you squat. I guess I'm wondering if there was any other way, because when I was squating with the bag, I felt my form was really being pulled off because all of the weight wasn't coming down on me, forcing me to lift up...but alot of it was pulling me backwards, which made it somewhat awkward. It was hard to do, more than it should have been, and I don't think I got as good of a workout as I should have. Is there anything to do with bag squats so it's not pulling you backwards? Any position of the bag or anything?

OH squat?

I don't know what kind of bag you're using, but I've tried loading weights into my packpack, and the most it could take was somewhere around 30 lbs...

Therefore, you would probably be able to hould a weight out in front of you while you backsquat the bag.

In the end, this sounds like too much work for me, I would just bulgarian squat.

Well, the bag that I used...I put 50 lbs in there and it held up well, but I don't think it would do it for long. That was the response I was looking for :) Thanks!

I do bulgarian squats also.

A way to circumvent that could be holding a plate straight in front of you, or straight down...depending on the angle of your torso.

Or getting another backpack with equal weight and wearing that in the front.

We use so many ****ing acronyms.
