Bad Day???

On my workout on fridays at the moment i'm soing 3 sets of max reps with 165lbs and a couple of weeks ago I could lift it 12 times on the first set, 10 on the second and 10 on the third. Today I did it and the first set could only lift it for 11 reps, second set for 10 reps and the last set for about 7:(:mad:

Is there any reason for this or have I just got weaker?

This annoyed me sooo much i felt like i was going to explode and only just managed to finish my workout as I was in such a bad mood.

Please tell me there is another explanation other than I got weaker:confused:
 
Your sleep, Stress, And probably the main one DIET may have affected it.

I no it can dramatically affect my performance if i dont eat the right food throughout the day!

Dont worry about it, youll come back stronger next time :D
 
Do you mean the day of the workout?

Not feeling too well right now although I wouldn't of thought that it would affect me that much.
 
Well the day of the workout and possible what you ate the day before. If you havnt eating sufficient foods to give you energy, youll feel much weaker.

I'm pretty sure i have been eating well for the last couple of days. Hopefully i just had an off day.:confused:
 
Yea true, it just happens. There will be days where your not physically as strong. Youll be back better next time tho Tom ;)
