Im so aggravated with the way carbs can effect your weight. if you cut out a majority of your carbs you can lose like 6 pounds in a week. but if you eat 1 80 calorie slice of bread your weight spikes the crazy. Its so frustrating its almost like loosing fake weight.
im still going to avoid white breads and starches and the like but man they are *()*?/ me off.
