Bad ankle

1st post here, to keep it really simple my ankles are crap from a couple of different sprains and not healing correctly, so I'm looking to add some new exercises into my routines for rehab and pre-habbing.

More in depth bout ankle, sprained last June, found out I have some torn cartiladge (Osteochondritis Dissecans the MRI Report said), basically not going for surgery yet, trying to see what I can do for PT type stuff for myself so I can try and play basketball and lose some weight.
 
I dont know a whole heap about the condition, but I recommend you seek professional advice, and surgery may be the way to go with this condition.
