Bad ache in back of head

Hey guys, I had an ongoing thread here tweaking my workout. I landed a real good program with the help of a trainer, and just today finished the first complete circuit. Anyways, on leg day, towards the end of the workout, I was doing presses and got an immediate pain in the back left side of my head, intense. It went away shortly after working out. Skip forward 2 days to today, and the pain started right at my first set on the bench. It is very isolated, just one spot in the back left, but damn it hurts. It's not getting any better, and I worked out 2 hours ago. I was well hydrated before going in, and still drinking water now. Don't smoke either. I saw in an old thread someone said when you start a new workout and really hit it, which I definitely did, it can mess with your CNS and cause headaches...

This is weird, I never get headaches, but this is a bitch!
