It has 135mg. for 1/4 teaspoon. I have no idea is that good or bad.

I guess it doesn't matter. I like it & it has no calories. My first thing is losing weight.

I like bacon but I never use salt on anything. don't like it.
If I want bacon, I'll just have some.

one of the guys in the office brought it in recently -and it's kinda gross actually...

they also include a free sample of bacon mints - boy were those ever wrong -bacon and spearmint DO NOT go well together... though makes for an interestig practical joke...

I think I was ripped off. I ordered all three flavors & did not get bacon mints. I'm sure there is nothing like a bacon mint.
